Internet Privacy Policy

Hart Consulting Services (HCS) is committed to earning and keeping the trust of clients, business partners and others who visit our website or share personal information with HCS.  We take your trust and privacy seriously and comply will all applicable privacy and data protection laws.

This policy

The Internet Privacy Policy details how HCS protects the privacy of clients and website visitors when collecting information on HCS internet sites. The policy applies to all internet sites operated by or on behalf of HCS.  HCS reserves the right to change or modify this policy and will post any changes on the appropriate website.

By using an HCS internet site or providing personal information, you are consenting to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as described in this policy.  Accessing the websites constitutes consent to use the information gathered notwithstanding any conflicting or contrary provision in a confidentiality agreement, non-disclosure agreement or similar agreement between HCS and the user.

HCS provides safeguards to protect confidentiality, security and integrity of personal information.  Although security measures are taken to help protect all personal information against unauthorized disclosure, misuse or alteration, HCS cannot guarantee the security of information provided over the internet and will not be responsible for breaches of security beyond our reasonable control.

HCS internet sites may contain links to sites that are not operated by HCS.  These links are provided as a service and do not imply any endorsement of the activities or content of these sites, nor any association with their operators.  HCS does not control these internet sites and is not responsible for their content, security, or privacy practices. HCS urges you to review the privacy policies at these sites before providing personal information.
